Character Stuck - Auto-Unstuck Not Working

Hey! I disconnect whenever I log into one of my characters, but the auto unstuck feature (linked here: https://battle.net/support/help/wf/wow/197/834) just gives me a “processing your request” response and never loads, despite never having made a request in the first place. I also can’t open a ticket, because the customer service option just directs me back to this page. I’ve already tried the other solutions on the page (clearing UI data and running repair).

Please help?

Can you try the ‘Unable to move’ page with a different browser and/or device? You might also try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or security software.

Edit - I was just able to open it with Firefox.

Tried Chrome, Brave, Edge, and Firefox on my desktop PC, as well as Brave and Chrome on a tablet. Same result. “Processing your request” before I’ve even selected which character is actually stuck. Stays like that seemingly indefinitely.
Not really sure what else to do here.

Thanks for the update. I’m encountering the same thing on multiple browsers and with multiple accounts. There may be something more going on. I’ll let the website team know.

Any news on this? Same issue, and I still can’t log on to my mage.

Not trying to be pushy, just… Y’know.

Did u open a ticket unable to move tickets are prioritized.

Do you know where I can do that? I’ve tried the “contact us” link at the bottom of this page: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/10581

The problem is that it takes me back to the general customer service page, and that loops me back around to the self-service link, which isn’t working.

Edit: A very nice GM helped me with this, so I suppose it’s solved on my end. Thank you! Marking the website team forward as the solution. Cheers!

Hello. It’s me again.

I’m in essentially the exact same situation as before. I need to request the assistance of a GM to unstick my character.

There’s a deadzone in Stormwind Harbor that disconnects you, and continues doing so every time you attempt to log back in.

It’s right near where the boats are being constructed.

You can use the direct link to the ticket option. Just explain exactly what is happening to the character.

Also, be sure to either fill out a bug report in game (ESC-HELP-SUBMIT BUG) or make a post in the Bug Report forum – so that Blizzard QA can be made aware of the issues with that location.
