My character is stuck falling and disconnects everytime i try and relog. Character unstuck/move website does nothing but auto open a ticket which doesnt get resloved. This has been since last night and still the same thing. Removing old cache/wtf/interface folders has not worked. scanning and repairing client has not worked. All my other toons log in fine except my main. Game is unplayable for my main toon. Please fix or move him.
The self help option should actually be moving your character to a safe place. Do you get to the point where you select the character that’s stuck (character and server list) and does it let you proceed to try and move them? Just wondering what stage it’s failing at for you.

Yes that’s the one I’m trying. I click continue and the site just continues to attempt to load then the continue option is clickable again after a minute. It shows a ticket was generated, but nothing happens. I’ve tried multiple browsers with the same result.
I do not get an option to select a character/server list. Just attempts to load that part followed by a ticket auto generated that does not get resloved. This was the same result last night.
Something that has been noted and sent up through the chains. No update yet this morning.

Yeah, it seems to be broken for me too.

Same thing happening on my account with my paladin. Stuck falling and disconnects immediately. Ticket did not work.
This is being looked into, but I don’t have any updates yet. You could put in a traditional ticket and ask the character be moved, but may be awhile before it can be answered.

Aye, I got word that they were testing an update shortly after getting in today. Looks like we’re seeing positive reports back.

I had to delete all addons and my WTF as my main toon kept crashing to desktop on loading.
I had cast a spell, it CTD, then I logged in to revive only to CTD over and over. Things like this happen a lot after an update.
Usually reverting to default settings fixes this until my addons get updated. I had an update hit while on a FP, relogged under the world, and had to wait for my toon to be moved as it kept CTD.
Use the online web service instead of the ingame service.
