Hello i recently purchased a race change, but now am i trying to server transfer and faction change. Was wondering how long the cooldown is and wondering if this can be overwritten. Thanks

It’s not so much that as it is that in this community, accounts get compromised when they’re not secured due to people having lax digital security regarding their accounts and passwords.
To prevent a character from being transferred or faction changed or anything else repeatedly before someone can notice a problem, there are cooldowns built in.

It isn’t so much that, Chemistryz. There are cooldowns for a number of reasons.
One would be that it can take up to 72 hours for the funds from a transaction to process. At any point until that completes the purchase may fail or otherwise be denied. While we allow the initial purchase to continue when initiated, allowing you to complete the appearance change, for example, it technically isn’t completed until that process finishes. If something were to go wrong with the purchase within those 72 hours the purchase would simply fail and/or temporarily lock.
Adding a second character service on top of that could severely complicate the situation if at any point the purchase fails.
That isn’t even considering fraudulent purchases, as Ohgodmyeyez suggested.
