Hello, I bought 2 character level boosts a day ago and have not been able to use them. Is there any update as to when the services will come back?
Unfortunately, they do not tend to provide ETAs for things like this. All we can do really is wait and see when it’s reactivated.

Has nothing to do with customer respect. There is a nasty bug that has made it so we can’t use boosts right now. Nothing we can do except wait it out. Crap sadly happens, especially with a system as complex as this one.
It is still being broadcasted right on the launcher that services have been temporarily disabled. It’s on the Support page. It was announced on BlueSky and X.
It’s not a lack of respect by any means, nor immoral, so please let’s leave the hyperbole out of this. It’s something that has borked out unexpectedly and they’re trying to get it fixed as quickly as they can without breaking half a dozen other things. They didn’t make this happen just to sit back and watch players suffer.
There is a limited time sale going on. The services do not need to be consumed right at the time of purchase, so folks shouldn’t be locked out of purchasing things. Would it be nice if there was a big sign on the shop page? Of course. Would people still ignore it entirely and keep doing what they’re doing? Also, of course.
Hopefully they will get this figured out and fixed for everyone soon.
