when i use the mouse for click a character sometimes dont work(in the character selection screen), i try to delete de cache folder but still happen.
Try doing a full UI reset. It’s not just deleting the cache or whatnot. There are a few more steps than that, but this article gives a nice step-by-step guide.

I would suspect an overlay issue, vs a client bug. There are various programs that can give you these overlays, such as discord or Overwolf.

i never use discord overlay or any overlay. can be msi afterburner?
MSI Afterburner can run as an overlay displaying system performance measurements.
I have noticed the same issue since patch 10.1.5 hit. I just make sure to click the far right side of the name on the selection screen now.
