Character select screen bug?

Every time i log off and log back on, my character will switch from what he has on now, to what he was wearing like 2 weeks ago. Is this intended?

When i log into him in-game he’s the same character- just the character select screen is bugging out.

whats a fix?

Typical display issue id do a full UI reset a bug report wouldnt hurt either.
