Beating a dead horse I am sure but…6 of us real life buds are trying to transfer we all entered our requests around the same time, except one of us. Some of our characters are no longer showing the processing icon next to our names (we all had processing icons at the start, the individuals still cannot log into there characters. One individual has been in the queue for over 30+ hours.
We were trying our best to transfer all at once so no one gets left behind. I have seen posts from 4-5 days ago on this issue what in the world is going on. We will all be rather disappointed if we do not all make it to the other server…The reason we play is to play together.
TLDR:
I get its a weekend and busy hours but 30+ hours for a transfer and icons acknowledging transfers for some of us no longer showing when they previously had. We are not pleased! Please address.

Spamming about an issue they already know about won’t get the issue any more known about, won’t get it solved any faster, and risks your account getting actioned.
They will solve the problem when they find the cause.

As a company providing service to a paying customer this might warrant an acknowledgment and update to said paying customer. Especially when some have been waiting for over 24hrs.
As of now, this is the current status. They aren’t developers or game masters, and they can’t provide an update if they don’t have anything to share. As there was no official confirmation that everything had been given the all-clear, it’s logical to assume that information is not yet available.
This also isn’t anything you paid for, just to set the cards right. They don’t call them free migrations for nothing.
They aren’t in the habit of withholding information in the CS forum. When they have more, they will share it.

i’m just saying it’s not like the service isn’t invested in in some way.
Although, to be fair, Classic is also free. If that’s how you justify spending $15/mo, that’s all fine and dandy, more power to you.
But there’s no ambiguity when it comes to Blizzard’s transparency of how things are should things come down to the nitty-gritty.

I’ve owned this game for 15 years. This isn’t the first time blizzard lacked any real communication. How about the DDOS attacks a couple months back? I guess I expect to much from a multi billion dollar company.
classic is free to players who view it as an addon service, sure, but for players who resubscribed only to play it, retail would be free.
There’s not really much to update when there’s a DDoS attack.
You wait it out. That’s it.

You pay for server access, not what particular game your prefer. If you have a ticket in, you are just gonna have to wait. BUT, nothing is stopping you from playing on another available server in the mean time while you wait. You are not locked out completely.

I mean at the end of the day, the magnitude of a given problem is identified in part by how many times they’re posted about, so you guys can preach and shill for blizzard all you want, but that’s all this thread was, and you’re just here bumping it up any way.
