Character restore not working even after CD

I submitted a ticket to help restore a character since my option to restore one from last week is still greyed out and its been over a week now. Support confirmed via ticket that the cooldown was done but never actually restored anything (thinking I’d likely do it).

It is still greyed out. I replied with screenshot. Anyone else seeing this? Why are there so many game breaking bugs that Blizzard has yet to address over a month into the new expansion. What is going on with this company? The disorganization is astonishing.

Not too sure this would be considered “game breaking”. Inconvenient perhaps, but everyone is still able to play the game just fine.

Nor have I actually seen any bugs that have literally shut down the game recently. Blizz has been tackling bugs constantly as can be seen in the hotfix notes:

As to your issue, it could just be that the GM was wrong and that you may need to wait.
You can try a Full UI Reset. To be fair though, as this is in the character selection screen, I’m not sure that a UI reset would do anything for you.

As a last-ditch effort, you can reopen your ticket and let them know that for some reason you’re still seeing the character restore on cool-down and ask for further assistance.

Youre joking right? Lets get into this then…

Mechagnome racial, combat analysis… myself and others have reported this how many times in game and via bug report forum (since beta) that the racial is not scaling with level 70 and its not even on the known issues list. Shall I keep going?

It would seem that we have vastly different definitions of what is “game breaking”. To me, it means people are unable to actually play. A racial not scaling wouldn’t tick that box for me.

As with most games, there are always bugs for the developers to work on. A racial possibly not working isn’t going to affect the ability to restore a character you chose to delete.

As I mentioned, you can always re-open your ticket (or open a new one) and see if there’s anything else that a GM can do for you.

Can I ask when the last time you fresh launched your browser? If this is a timer situation and your launcher has been open - it may just not have updated.
