Purchased a race change, the transaction appears to have gone through, but I have not gotten my race change token? I purchased yesterday.

If it is and if it’s been 24 hours since your purchase, I’d recommend putting in a ticket to see if billing can lend a hand. You can do that here:

Same Issue. Purchased a race change. Was billed but did not receive the product. Been back and forth with GMs going on 7 days now with a 25-dollar charge, transaction showing successful and a locked character so not even able to play. Would highly suggest not race changing until they figure out what’s going on. Going through the forums it seems a lot of people are having these issues and the current wait times for tickets are aggravating (considering it’s billing related).
Yeah likely the same thing as the paid character xfer I did, although I can login and play (on the original server)

Tickets are averaging 4+ days unfortunatly.
I just bought a race change and the payment went through, but I haven’t had the option to change my characters race. I opened a ticket as well. Sorry for bumping an old thread, but wtf Blizzard?
This is likely the culprit. Most purchases are instantaneous but some can take up to the full 24 hours, provided the purchase didn’t fail. You’ll see the funds pulled aside in your account, but they’re still in your bank’s possession until their hold is removed or Blizzard finalizes the transaction.
If you still aren’t able to use the token after exactly 24 hours from now, then you’ll want to open a ticket.

You purchased on a Friday evening, and the banks are not staffed 24/7/365 so it can take time. Yes, some may be instantaneous, but others will stall or be queued as well depending on how many others are making purchases for character transfers, faction changes, or other such digital goods. You get queued depending on how many others are purchasing ahead of you.
