Character Not found

I didn’t get to play yesterday and it’s not letting play today either for this very reason. Character Not Found /sadface

Stormrage server: After 2 hours of fighting yesterday I was finally able to log on and play. Today there are no characters in the server list and when I try to login to Stormrage the characters shopw up after a few minutes, but I get “Character not found” error if I try to log them in.

@Magatitan same. “Character not found. Ok” on Stormrage. Two nights in a row, problems.

when ppl have problems like this they may give a one day free but most of the time it seems they only care about the money we use to buy the game time, WOW tokens, or other services but to tell I am done putting my good money into this game and getting nothing in return. I wish you all the best but for me I am about to quit and go to my other game and get what its free.

They did a maintenance this morning, ostensibly to fix this issue and that didn’t work. Why should I have faith that this will fix it?

Same issue for me. I also tried to go create a character and that is failing saying that character create timed out.

I know blizzard could give us all something for this BS we all going threw… I mean we do pay to play, and I don’t like wasting ANY of my money…

I’ve tried updating my computer, updated my drivers. Tested my internet connection and even ran a scan/repair. Not sure if there is anything else I can do.
