If youâve found a bug, GMs are not going to fix it. They canât unless the devs explicitly give them a policy to. Also, feedback isnât taken in this forum. Youâre better off putting the feedback in the GM survey or in General Discussion where community managers will actually read it. The Blues that moderate this forum have stated they do not pass on feedback, and no community managers read this forum section.

When this started showing up on Tuesday, and I noted in Technical support, I thought it was just cranky server restarting after downtime. But 3 days ago suggested members post in the Classic Bug reports forum.
Classic and Retail do have as far as I know, different development teams.
Unfortunately the GM staff I believe for the most part are in Texas, Developers in California. Iâm sure there is a data base of known issues between the 2 departments. Thought I saw someone in this thread say it was being investigated?

Youâre absolutely right on this one. We all get that itâs frustrating as hell. Not only are you locked out of your characters, but also that youâre not getting any substantive responses to your inquiries. Iâm sure the GMs youâve contacted did not mean it this way, but I can see how you might feel like theyâre giving you the brush off. Maybe one of the blue text moderators here can do a little digging and at least give you some confidence that the issue is being actively worked on. We here are just fellow players, but from experience I can tell you the design team isnât blowing this off. They will work on it until itâs resolved. I hope that happens quickly for you and your friends.
what I am saying is⌠kick MY characters from the guild⌠and see if I can login..because it is not a few of our guild.. it is not some of our guild..it is not MOST of our guild. it is ALL of our 777 characters that cannot access the game. All of my resources, time and money is on all those locked out of game characters.. so now Im sitting on a lowbie with NO MONEY, no bags. and no way to contact the majority of the guild because not everyone was on discord. And since there is no information for anyone IN SPITE of this happening to other guilds back in aprilâŚyoud think theyâd have a solution
Nothing can be done here on the forums, the information Perl and the others gave you is the best that we can do as fellow players. Now bashing and flaming us isnt going to help your situation get resolved. All that will do is earn you a forum vacation.
