I think that is the generic reply. Sounds like there are some that have made it past that and stumped the GMs assigned to their tickets. I personally dont forsee us getting back in before the weekend. Fingers crossed we actually get in at some point this weekend.
Hey all, since youāre having to go the ticket route, the best place to discuss this would be Support > Customer Support. The volunteers and forum support agents (not GMs) in there can probably give the best advice on how to get this addressed.

So is it still the gaslighting for you all? My most recent reply just directs me to us complaining about it. making it seem like its our fault that random people with varying UI and settings all in the same guild, became suddenly unusable after reset?
