An entire guild of people have been locked out of their characters.
guild name Old School Fools, ALL of its members have been locked out of their characters that are IN the guild. Says Character not found.
What is going on?

Can confirm - My shaman in the guild is locked out, but my characters that are unguilded, or in other guilds can log in just fine
Same problem, I let a GM know, hopefully they can fix this soon.

bumpin as an affected user, I first noticed at 9:24 pm on December 9th EST
My character has also been “lost” for about a day now.
My 33 lock is in that guild. Happened just in time for my off days where all I planned to do was level them

Alright so I did some digging, this has happened to guilds in the past:
The solution as annoying as it is, they were able to log in after the newest update. So tomorrow (12-11) at around 9am PST everyone should be able to log in.
Still nothing, sent multiple tickets but keep getting the same automated messages that are absolutely no help. OSF Orkinn.

Yeah i cant log onto Cormaurick either since reset 
I had some hope that the ~2 hour “emergency maintenance” tonight was to fix this. No luck.
were you guys exploiting or anything? lol ive never been in a guild group or logged onto disc even ! xD
Thank you for confirming the guild name. One of my toons is a member and is the only character I am getting this error on.

Lol not that I know of, even the GMs have no idea what’s going on. I was told even they can’t log into my warrior using their specialized tools.
Also in OSF. Also can’t log in on those toons. But can for toons in different guilds
Yeah I think its very indicative that something is very wrong especially since the stuck character can not even find anybodys character. Hoping that we just got moved to some ptr and they didnt just delete all the guild data and by extension our character data
Still not able to log into them, have put in many tickets all i get is links to troubleshooting websites, and thats it.
Ah, that’s why I’m getting the error. Still not working as of 8pm Central on Thursday.
I was wondering why I could only log into my bank alt (not guilded). All other characters are in OSF. They show in character list just can’t load into game.
So we’re all basically receiving the same “its probably your fault” from them? just for this guild? make it make sense
