So, odd problem. No one in my guild can login to a character that is in the guild. Non-guilded toons can, and we can make new toons.
Everyone so far just gets a “character not found” error on attempt to enter the world from the campsites screen.

People have tried the tool, and it times out/doesn’t work.
I have submitted a ticket on the link provided and informed other guildmates

Logged in to blizzard outside that link, then redirected to submit ticket.

Came here to make a post and found my guildies already on it. Two more of us have put in tickets so hopefully it’s resolved soon.

Please don’t bump a thread, more so in the CS forum. If folks are having issues, they’d be able to find it on their own.

Our engineers are currently investigating this issue, and are working on resolving it as soon as possible.
At this time, and because of the nature of this issue, please note that creating a ticket is unlikely to resolve this for you. Rest assured that this is not being ignored, and that we’re trying to get you back into the game as soon as possible!
