Getting character not found error this morning. I have tried all suggestions from support listed in forums. Nothing works. I can make a new character and login no problem, but cant log into any of my existing characters. Very frustrating. Thanks for any info.

Same thing… all my characters hang at the last 10% of loading … and eventually gives an error “Character not found”. I can’t play at all.

yea thats what mine is doing gets to about 90% and then just hangs there until it kicks me out with the character not found error

Maybe it’s related to the age of the character … how long ago they were created?
I was just able to login using a much lower level character that was still on my character list… I was able to get in, but I am still unable to load any of my level 80 characters.

or maybe it’s related to all my characters being in Dornogal? my lower level characters that loaded were in stormwind and azshara…

I can only log in if i make a new character. I have characters in SW and other places, None of them will log in same error of character not found. I played till about 5am this morning and everything was fine. Woke up today and havent been able to log in since.

problem is i dont know how to get ahold of someone in tech support. Ive tried everything to try to find a email or something to get this to their attention but no luck. Customer Support

I also get the same error from my Mac Studio… Character not found.

I can log into all my characters except for 4 that is in the same guild.

There has been similar issues last week, and blizz said they are aware, working on resolution, but could not say if fixed the same day or next…and here we are next week reset and still the same ol’ problems unfixed.

likely some backend character data server that’s being blocked… dunno… it’s easily reproducible, come on blizzard, escalate the issue to a higher support group for resolution

it appears to be affect my realm, Draenor … even my friend can’t load/login … same issue
the population by realm appears to reflect that there is an issue affecting realms

I second this cannot log into any chars on Draenor currently
Only one of my characters wont log in, seems my other chars will. same issue with holding the last 10% of loading then kicked back to character selection screen.

No. I definitely logged into all these characters just yesterday.
