Character not found

I try to log onto my character, but the loading bar stops when it is mostly finished, and I get kicked back to the character selection screen with a message saying “Character Not Found”. It only happens to one of my characters. Restarting the program, logging into other characters does not resolve the problem. The ‘Character Unstuck’ tool does not resolve the issue, and ends in an error and a message telling me to try again later. I’ve tried it four times now. Any help?

The character is ‘Owlpha’ of Tichondrius.
