character not found. I can log onto every other character except for my main . Loads and says character not found. I took every troubleshooting step that they told me and it still hasn’t fixed the issue.
Have you tried the stuck character service?

Scroll to the bottom and click on the big blue CONTINUE button and follow the prompts.

Yes ive tried it several times and it fails, ive tried it in game and out of game.
If you do the stuck character self service again and then look at the page while it is on cooldown, there should be a link to file a ticket to see if a GM can manually move the character for you.
Edit: note, I’m not personally familiar with it so not sure if the link is on the base page or you have to choose the character you tried to move.

If you are unable to get resolution through the automated stuck character service, then you will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.

You’ve got to click into the character in question. It will say the service is on cooldown then have the blurb about still needing help down below.
