Out of pure curiosity I decided to add game time to my original WoW account that I made in 2004. I keep getting the “Character not found” error when I try to log in to two specific characters. Thinking this was maybe because whenever I played them last (2006/7) I probably logged out in a location that is no longer accessible, I tried the automated character stuck tool on the support site, but I get a vague “Oops! It looks like something went wrong” error, and am directed to try again or submit a support ticket. I submitted a ticket but got an automated response for a support topic that isn’t even my issue. I replied to the automated response hoping to trigger a real person to look at it, but it’s been about 2 days and no response yet. Hoping this post will get seen by a CM or GM and maybe someone can look at my ticket.
