so I have the icon purchased a name change. select the icon, choose my character, type in my name click next and nothing happens. Like its missing the third step to confirm you want to do this or something. I can exit out of the name change ui and log in… exit game all the way out. nothing changes.

Also having the same issue here. Can type in the new name, a green check mark appears next to it, then there is no way to confirm. All I can do is “X” out of the name change window.

Character services in general are busted. Realm transfers, faction changes, race changes and name changes are all broken, yet they’re still charging people money for unusable services.

Yep and you can’t even take a remix character and add them into retail due to the same thing. down for 7 days,

Same here…I have nothing to add but wanted to join in and let you know you’re not alone!
Having the same issue. I get the green check mark next to my selected new name and then have no buttons or way to continue/confirm. I can only exit out of the name change window. Bummer. 
I also cannot use the name changes I purchased.
