Character name and server wrong in gchat

FYI, several others having the same issue.

Characters in Guild Chat have wrong name/server

So, this appears to only be an issue in guild chat, but my characters are not showing online in the guild panel, and if they’re characters I had previously transferred at one point or another, they’re showing their old names and servers in guild chat exclusively. It’s not happening in whispers, /say, or trade chat, but it happens in guild chat. I’m on Stormrage, which is not a connected server, and it’s showing other large servers as well that are also non-connected, such as Sargeras and Zul’ji…
