My character Omuu-Proudmore is now Ommuu-Dalaran in guild chat. Was I hacked? That toon was on zul’jin before.

I am having the same issue, at least 2 of my characters are listed on the wrong server, the name is the same for his one (Antiman) but I have been on Bloodhoof for all of SL yet my guild has me as on Thrall, my hunter is Citlalli on Bloodhoof, but was Tamaya on Thrall. What is going on?

This is also happening to myself and a group of friends who recently server transferred. We’re all periodically listed by our old server in guild/community chat. Which would be cute, if it didn’t also prevent me(as the guildmaster) from managing any of the guild controls(promoting, etc)

Just checked, it seems that all but 3 of my characters on Bloodhoof are listed as being on Thrall, since 9 of them are in a different guild (an alt guild I made) I also lack controls on the ones listed wrongly in that guild.

Daiced-Frostmourne is showing Daihatin-Barthilas in guild chat. I haven’t had that toon on that server or that name since start of shadowlands. I’ve faction changed since then as well. Seems to be defaulting to the characters original name.
As such shows me offline, cant check professions or anything else from the guild tab
I’m having the same issue - my name is my old name/server - GM can’t adjust my rank

I am having the same issue… but seems that it changes on some toons… it’s frustrating my guildies cannot see that i am online
I’m having the same issue – still ongoing. Can we get a blue dev on this one? My main toon (Guild Master toon) doesn’t show logged into the guild, and chat messages are as though my prior name-server are showing instead of current. Who can we escalate this too? @warcraftdevs
yeah our guild has this too. my character was transferred in legion lol and i am showing as that name and server
