I was logged in to the game on one of my characters. Went afk for 30+ mins in Feralas and the game disconnected me. Tried logging back in to the same character and the game keeps disconnecting me with a [You have been disconnected from the server. (WOW51900319)] error.
Tried using the automated “move character” support feature and it didn’t fix the problem.
Reset the UI by backing up and deleting the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders, but it didn’t work.
Tried logging into a different character on the same realm [US Khaz’goroth] and it intermittently works, and sometimes I get a “Character cannot be found” error.
Tried logging into a character on a different realm [US Saurfang] and it worked fine.
Cant log in many people are having this issues IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED !!! We are paying customers of what is left … Log in issues should be fixed instantly !!! This is very very poor service !!! … COME ON BLIZZARD Get on to this !!! .
Over 3 hours now that the problem as described above is occurring and not resolved. Apparently, its Thanksgiving. Theyre all out eating turkey. Come on someone, and fix it.
Still cant log in this has been going on for several hours now, Blizzard get your sh*t together and get it sorted out. we are paying for nothing right now.
When you log in it comes up with a black screen, then you wait and wait and wait then when u do click on your character to log in it said character not found , even if you log into a different one same issue !!!.
… Going to keep posting here till it is fixed maybe you will do something if this thread goes crazy with lots of posts. NEEDS to be fixed PLEASE !!!
