Hello, I attempted to transfer this character (Mankrik to Myzrael), using the Character Migration prompt when trying to login to Mankrik, so I tried to transfer the character to Myzrael and it said “An error has occured. Please try again later.”
I eventually logged into the realm and got into the Character Selection page and tried to transfer the character from there on the advice of my Guild Master. However, it then stated “Error. Please fix these issues – character is locked.” Attempting to login on the character results in “You cannot login until the character upgrade process you recently initiated is complete.”
I have filed a support ticket but I wanted to post here and see if anyone could help here while I wait on a response to the ticket. Thank you.
