Unsure what path under ticket options to go. I created a DK in classic wetly that I ended up not playing. I ended up not playing for a while and went with a new computer setup (iMac, from pc) and returned a year ago.
Anyway, that character is still attached to my account but I cannot reach it to delete. I think the server was closed or something.
So I hoped to get a good suggestion to remove it, and thought a ticket would be best but was unable to get to a ‘open ticket’ button.
Any ideas?

If the server was closed, the character likely was migrated to a different server. Are you looking in the Cataclysm client?
Each version of Classic has it’s own install.
Classic Vanilla, Hardcore and Season of Discovery are on one install.
Progression, which is now Cataclysm, another.
Do you remember the name and server this character was on?

Yes, sorry my bad. Apparently the iMac likes to AutoCorrect my manual typing as well as speech to text.

I do not remember the server 
Wrath servers were progressive, they are now Cataclysm.
