Character Has live auctions bug

5 days ago I purchased a realm and faction transfer for one of my characters.
5 days ago I submitted a ticket when I was not able to do so due to receiving an error message stating I have active auctions or mail on said character. I logged back in double checked everything and followed the support articles on what may be causing the issue.
I have
Cleared all BOA.Cosmetic,battle pets,quest items from my character.
Deleted EACH item that I could from my bank and inventory that was old x-pac items.
Cleared Quest log
Cleared Mailbox
Cleared Auctions
Cleared Work Orders
Emptied reagent bank and deleted all items
Reset user interface as per instructions on the tech forum
Uninstalled ALL addons at first, then completely reinstalled wow
Untransmogged gear
I have done all of these things by day 2/5 I got a response stating they could not fix the issue and I would have to wait almost an entire week for my realm transfer and faction change.
At this point im agitated with Customer service as I have not been able to play for 5 days as I wait apparently for a server reset. Until then I cant raid,do dungeons, join the guild I applied to. Which also means I just lose my weekly vault unless I pug. Which why should I have to pug? This isnt my fault nor my error I paid for the game/sub/ and paid services for my character. But to ask me to wait a week? My wife and kids are out of town and I wanted to play the dang game. Not get locked out of my character for almost a week. Seeking aid.

You will have to open a problem with purchase ticket and a GM will help out tickets are averaging 1-2 days give or take.

I have its been sitting there for 3 days now LOL I had actually submitted two tickets. One for technical issue initially and then later one for purchase problem. The purchase ticket was marked resolved when the Tech support told me I would have to wait a week to play my character. So i reopened the ticket and its just been sitting there for 3 days with nada.

Technicaly u can still raid with ur new guild since guilds are xfaction just have somone add u as a btag and get invited to the guild.

Guild has a policy for achievements which restricts that sadly. Which is on the guild for having that policy in the first place. Im just very dissapointed with customer service and really this is the first time in 12+ years that ive not had an issue resolved.
my main beef is that I am unable to play the game in the capacity I want to due to a flaw with the game. And the response given was wait a week. So frustrating.

Honestly sounds like wires got crossed id reopen the problem with purchase ticket or open a new one and reference the old one and tell u that its still bugged.

I have one open now for purchase which is newer about yesterday and the older one I re-opened after the response I was given.

Well then u will have to wait on the ticket thats literaly all u can do and ur new guild sucks if there being that much of a stick in the mudd.

it really sucks the first response wasnt helpful and I lose a week. Just hoping someone with a fix sees this thread and has a solution because ive exhausted everything.

The only fix is to wait on ur ticket unfortunately.

Looks like your ticket is currently assigned, Wraithborn.

There was an old issue where the system can think you have an auction when you don’t - that needs a bit of finesse on our side to clear out.

You should be hearing something soon.

im having this issue currently, however im being told that ill have to wait for reset to get this fixed.
