Same problem since 3/20. All my Friends on Friends List are gone on all my Chars. Cannot add a Friend either, will say Friend Not Found. Submitted a ticket and Gamemaster told me to file a Bug report. Bliz ignoring this issue or did they screw something up on the last update?

Same. Broken with the 10.2.6 patch. Could have a character friend standing right in front of me, but it won’t show up in my friends list. Even if they are a Bnet friend, their character itself doesn’t appear on the list. Starting to believe this may be on purpose, a ploy by Blizz to force players to connect only through BattleNet. Can’t queue with character friends for Plunderstorm, either.

same results freinds list battlenet or non battle net completely broken
Same here. I can add characters to it, and even get the little “X has come online.” pop ups in chat, but I cannot see the list anywhere. I only see Battle.net friends.

Mine has been broken over a week. Same issues as everyone else. I went without add ons and tried the repairs suggested to me in a ticket. Still nothing. Time to fix this Blizzard.

Pretty sure this is still a problem. I didn’t even know you could add characters until recently, but I can never see when they are online in game… very disappointing.

there is no ‘show users’ of any kind anywhere… just my icon / status up on top right.
