As many have stated in topics in the past, such as this thread character friends do not show up on the friends list at all, online or offline. Battle.net friends do, but not any characters. They used to, but months ago (yes, this bug has been around that long) they all vanished off of my list. I added someone new recently and they don’t appear on it even when they are standing right in front of me. I have no addons that effect any social UI or anything like that. I even tried doing the usual no addons and WTF deletion, etc. No luck.
