Hello my character encountered a game bug with an NPC quest mount this morning and is falling through the world and disconnecting me when I try to login, the self service unstuck service is available (Error code: fb368980-c98a-4faa-9036-50b9cd40962a)
Tickets are not being answered, how do I move my character to a graveyard so I can log into the game?
Tickets are being answered and that would be the only way to get this fixed. No one on the forums would be able to move your character. Tickets are taking a bit longer than anyone (including Blizzard) wants at this time. Tickets with stuck characters are prioritized and are taking a few hours to a day or two right now.
Gotcha, I posted here for more visibility since with no response it is hard to gauge if/when the issue will be addressed. This appears to be a rampant issue hoping with more posts we receive an official response or the automated way to “unstuck” our characters will become available again.
If the self-help unstuck system isn’t resolving the issue, Frukkz, please submit a ticket using this category. The one you used is a general account one, which will be addressed, but it doesn’t have a very high priority. Since this is an issue with a specific priority attached, I want to make sure it goes where it should.
