My character Dreahshunter (NA Stormrage) was taking an automated flight from the Ringing Deeps to Dornogol when I had to suddenly log off. Upon returning my character was just freefalling through the world and automatically disconnects - I have tried to use the character unstuck service and it did not work. I am looking for help please.
If you are unable to get resolution through the automated stuck character service, then you will need to submit a ticket (via link below). Be sure to inform them that the automated service is not working for you.

This also has been happening to any of my chars I log off while riding a flightpath with. When they log on it starts falling for a sec then stops in midair, I can still see the “eject” extra button but it doesn’t work, so I’ve been having to use the (laggy) unstuck tool. Trying to remember to not log off while riding a flight (or just flying manually myself everywhere) but old habits die hard.
I doubt it but maybe it has something to do with the other log-in bugs. The “from the moment the dark titan” video playing every time for my lvl70 chars, or when i first boot the game up to the char select screen my video is shifted about 25% above the base of my screen (cutting off the top 25% from view) and having to tinker with the video options. It’s getting tiresome
Also the 10-second “update every time you close the game” bug. That’s a dumb one too
If you aren’t already, make sure you’re running the launcher as administrator (right click, run as administrator).
i dont see that option. i’m on mac, if that matters
On a Mac you need to make sure that battle.net and wow have full read and write permissions. A full UI reset wouldn’t hurt either.
how? thought i already had
You can right click on the icon for the program in your applications folder, then select get info. At the bottom of that new screen you will see permissions. They should be read and write. If you have any further Mac tech issues. Post this on the Mac tech support forums we have here. They really good there with Mac stuff.
