My character is falling through the ground forever despite logging in an out. I have tried the character stuck feature 4 times and it has failed. Please help.

Try scan and repair on your battle.net and reboot your computer.
Make sure add-ons are updated.

If it doesn’t work try the technical support forums.
If none of that works, the character stuck page should have a link to where you can put in a ticket and mention that the self service option didn’t work. They usually handle stuck character tickets very quickly.
Sometimes that link doesn’t seem to work or doesn’t show on the page. A direct link to submit the ticket has been posted here before (many times). I will try to find it if someone else doesn’t post it sooner.
