Character falling through the floor

hi i got my account back and restored 2 weeks ago, today i logged in and this character fall through the floor then immediately dced im unable to use the self-service option to move my character its say

"Oops! It looks like something went wrong.
We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists."

i cant open ticket either can gm please move him out of wintergrasp (Kayziee death knight on jubei thos)

There are no GMs on the Forums and the Support Forum Agents are not here 24/7.

Have you tried a different browser or internet connection in order to submit the ticket?

You can be logged in to a different character to use the self service option for a stuck character. You don’t have to be logged in to the character with the problem.
