I purchased a realm transfer for my main and it says completed on May 24th, but the character has just completely disappeared from my game. Anyone ran into the same thing. Pretty disheartened putting all the time into it just to leave because of what looks to be a rogue deletion or miscommunication. What’s the play? Wait for the ticket and pray?
When you transferred your character did you also transfer to a different account?
Try logging into the server and creating a new character also.
Check the purchase status on account management to see if it has details about the transfer, like server or account you selected to transfer to. This might not actually work but it’s worth a check.
Blizzard doesn’t randomly delete characters, these cases are mistaken choices in destination.

That appears to have been what happened.
Dres, it looks like when transferring your character to Stormrage you also transferred it to your secondary account.
Assuming you didn’t intended to do that, I’d recommend submitting a refund request and let our staff know that it was a mistake and you only wanted to realm transfer.

It lives! Thank you for helping me figure out where he was. It was a late night, right before bed purchase and I see my mistake. I’m looking for the refund request portal now.

Or you could have not tried hijacking someone else’s thread for an unrelated beef, and posted a new thread. Same result without disrupting another player.
