Hi Everyone,
I just logged into my character about an hour ago to buy a token. Once I bought it I logged out. Around 20 minutes or so later when I went to log back in the character was deleted and doesn’t allow me to restore them. Has anyone seen this happen before ? Wondering if its just a bug.

You are sure it is deleted, and not just listed in your favored characters camp? Try changing realm to the realm that character is on first.
Its not this character but another character. I also checked my server list and just see 4 total characters there. I had 6 in total prior to me logging out. I’ve never seen this happen before.

Check out Kozzae’s post above, that’s the most common culprit.
They likely did resolve it or they would have been back to ask for more help.
You can search your character list by name or realm I think. Sometimes it also helps to log in to a server even with a temp level 1, to force the char list to refresh.
If you have a char name and server a Blue (Blizzard staff) might be able to check the status for you.
