More body types!
I get sliders would be too hard for how gear works in this game but there is no reason we cant have a system that lets you pick different premade body types.

Body and face sliders, or at least selectable presets of various build/height/feature types. “Undead” skin and eye colors for all races. Selectable dances! I want my Dance Studio! I haven’t forgotten, Blizzard!!!

I’m hoping female Draenei get more prominent horns and headcrests. There’s some art floating around with a few cool takes on it.
I’d create a new character, Juspion’s older meaner sister, Jaspion.
A warrior that never has to wear a helmet and when questioned she responds with, “Nothing can get through my thick head.”
If you try to point it out she just did a self burn, she will argue you about how no she’s actually very smart and if you don’t drop it she’ll headbutt you with her thick head.

Mostly, I just hope that they offer something like…glow intensity options? For races with only one eye color, like Draenei. It makes sense to stand in for eye color, I feel like?
I’d also like it if they added eye color options to Night Elves (let either gender be either orange or blue, the current situation is weird).
Above all things, though, my biggest complaint is…eyebrows. For some races, like Gnomes, eyebrow color is static. You always have brown eyebrows, even if your hair is hot pink. That looks so bad! I hate it! Either make eyebrow color always match hair color, or let it be adjusted individually. I don’t care which, just don’t lock eyebrow color to one thing! And for that matter, please let Night Elves’ eyebrows not be tied to their beard. That’s bizarre.
This one isn’t really a customization thing per se, but I’d also like it if they added an option to completely hide all head bits when wearing a helmet. Like how Elves of any stripe have their eyebrows and ears jut out through the helmet? I hate the way that looks. It’d make helmets way more usable on certain races if they just added a toggle to hide your head bits when wearing a helmet.

I’d love to see customization in casting animation, actually. It’s always kind of bothered me that staves and wands are accessories, and not actually used to cast spells a la Gandalf or Dumbledore or what have you.
I know it’s not really a race customization, but it seems like if they’re updating models they could be updating animations and rigging too.
