For the one down transmog, cloth wearers can mog gray cloth (and I’m not opposed to gray leather)items. It’s special enough and stays with the mog down theme. Plus there are some awesome gray items out there.
It’s like they were reading my mind!
I might actually roll up a human now! Ditto for boneless Forsaken. And those Farraki troll skins are definitely going to get some use.
As for what else I’m keen to see, I can’t wait to see what new hairstyles they have for the female goblin models! It’s almost all either punky or ponytails/pigtails. I’d like to see variety more akin to what Blood Elves get: braids, curls, bangs, shoulder length, back length, etc.
Also noses that aren’t pierced and/or huge. That big honker with the bone through it is especially bad… does anyone ever actually use that? Seems like something WoW would have given to Orcs and Trolls rather than Goblins.
Can confirm. Would love a bone in the nose.
I want more bones for Forsaken, undead options for elves, high elf approximations for the Alliance, Broken Draenei, leper gnomes and separating customization for worgen.
Eye colour options not tied to gender and some body tattoos inspired by the Ancients for night elves.
Honestly, for male Pandaren, I’d be happy with just about anything. A model update would be amazing, but I’m not expecting it.
Also, maybe let more races (including us) change our eyebrows, mustaches, and beards all separately? I’d love that.
Tauren things. Slimmer hoof options like they have in Reforged, braids, feathers, decorations, beards, braids coming from the mane, more damaged horns on either side, more horn decoration, for the love of the Earthmother body paint!
There could be so much more expression for a race like the tauren within customization that would bring them to life for a lot of people and allow more options to be used. I feel like tauren and highmountain are two of the races where you end up finding doubles of yourself a lot if you go with specific colorings such as the black fur option. The females also have the worse of it I think in that their options center mostly around fur color and horn shape. So anything to help us stand out from one another would be great.
For tauren I want body paint and more than just four hair options since vanilla!
I’d also just love for all races to get scars, can’t imagine half the heroes fighting the horrors of Azeroth for so long still have flawless skin.
I am coming up blank with what I want for gnomes, maybe more expressive faces and not seeming upset on all but 1 face.
Tapping away at work on my break, so this will be brief.
General :
-
Tattoo / body paint options for all races. Unlocking reverred with a faction grants access to new non generic versions.
-
Darkspear, Tauren and Forsaken and Worgen get the opportunity to stand semi upright like the Orcs.
-
Draenei get slim model for males and bulky model for females.
-
Transmog anything to look like anything. Want to be a Mage running around in plate and mail, go nuts. A monk in cloth, sure. Make the cost significantly higher as a gold sink in compensation but still, let people be themselves, the whole PVP PROFILES MATTER argument got debunked with the inclusion of Night and Blood Elves models on both sides of the faction border.
It’s funny. I remember wanting the long-haired undead hair since BC. Maybe it’s time to bring my old Vanilla-WoTLK veteran out of retirement.
As for my current main? I would like eye brows and hair that doesn’t make him look like he has a receding hairline. More faces would be cool too.
Just let me be tiny, Blizzard.
And not DDD.
Redhair for Draenei would be so awesome! Dark skinned draenei with red hair would be hot. Especially on LF, but I doubt that would happen.
Also if someone can’t tell a mage is a mage by what they are doing, then they deserve what’s coming to them. lol
I, too, want more bones. Make current deaders the middle ground between meaty and boney IMO
Also:
- withered (mana addict) Belves
- withered Nightborne
- High Elf eye and skin tones for Void Elves
- Banana Nelves
I think it would be cool if Demon Hunters had customization options that allowed them to reflect what kind of demon they ate.
For example, felhunter dreads, or succubus horns/hoof feat, or void-ey shadey skin for voidwalker, a pointy devil tail for imps, etc. Just an option that let you choose among traits that are particular to a certain class of demon.
They won’t but I think it would be neat is all.
Upright trolls.
Literally all I want, if I can’t have shadow hunters, is an upright Darkspear with that freaking amazing skull warpaint.
Since I doubt they’ll alter the models at all, I’d love to see more death knight skins and eye colors (possibly without glowing eyes at all, like WC3). Also I’d love for actual stubble to exist.
I’d like customization options to come with some new class options where appropriate. As an example, unlock Druid for dwarves since they’re getting wildhammer customizations. Wildhammer dwarves had druids in the RPGs, which Blizzard has been borrowing from lately.
Maybe unlock Warlocks for Draenei if they get Eredar customizations.
I want angry, stressed, and tired facial expressions for worgen human forms. I remember when they first announced playable worgen way back when, I really hoped we’d get some facial expressions similar to the ones used with the Vrykul. I want my worgen to look like the whole, being a werewolf thing is making them grumpy dangit.
Grimtotem paints for tauren please!
You know, it’s not strictly character customisation but they mentioned way back in 2011 that warlocks might get incubi one day. It’s probably long forgotten by anyone with the power to implement it but… wistful sigh.
Also, because Blizzard might be feeling generous and nostalgic, that dance studio would be nice to have.
