I tried making a New Character on Pagle and also tried on Galakras and it said it was disabled. The server show full but it should let me. Did blizzard turn this off again?
Having the same issue. It says it was lifted the 27th but apparently it is back in effect.
I think they are having capacity issues. Faerlina and Bennediction were already full realms on their own and they merge all into one. Yeah, what could go wrong.

Buddy just got into the game last night. Got him some game time downloaded mists. Tried to create characters on pagle (where all my toons are) he can’t make a ton. I can’t even make 1 here. No login que but character creation is disabled. This is kind of booty cheeks. I can make a ton elsewhere with him but what about raiding. Or mains sending bags to alts. Don’t have that with a server I have 0 toons on. Open them back up blizzard

I faction changed one of my toons to Horde and went to go make a quick bank alt and nope. I’m trying to stockpile stuff for professions on the Horde side, but I can’t because of this stupid character creation issue. I guess I have to stop mining/herbing since I’ll have nowhere to store the mats?
