I purchased epic edition midnight in December and still have not received my character boost. Have put in two tickets and the best response was trying the trouble shooting methods or look into the forums for answers.
Does the purchase show as completed in your Transaction History?

The boost will appear on the top right of your character select screen.

yes I checked the transaction history, and I do not have the icon in the top right
Was this an outright purchase of Epic or did you upgrade from a lower version?
Upgrade of a lower version. Purchase was made and completed December 19th
Did you get the boost from the lower version?
There is only 1 boost per Midnight purchase, upgrades will not grant another boost.

No I did not get a boost from the lower version, nor have I used a boost since I purchased midnight
Also if you have multiple WoW licenses, make sure the purchase was applied to the correct one.
Boosts have not been cross-buy/account-bound since shortly before Dragonflight.

What category were you using for your ticket(s)?
Purchase Failure would be the best category path.
