Just level boosted a trial character, now stuck on “processing”. Everytime I click ‘Enter World’, it says "you cannot log in until recently initiated boost is complete’. It has been like this for over 12 hours. It seems to be in a never-ending loop, is it possible to revert the boost so I can just make a new character.
Note; Deathnight class. I have not entered game with character. The boost came with expansion pack preorder. All was normal until trying to enter world with boosted character.
You would have to talk to billing in the morning something mayhave gone wrong in the boost.
it same with me just boost monk like 2 hr ago and still stuck. now it says locked apply level boost
For me the ‘processing’ goes away after 10 seconds, then i click on character to enter game and error pops up. Then this repeats itself.
well its not even have error just keep looping on processing and apply level boost
Same scenario but i have applied the boost, whereas you haven’t. Hopefully we get a reply back soon

Having the same issue. Applied boost, stuck in loop. Have also submitted a ticket.
I had a talk on support live chat. They said it was due to the recent DDOS attacks, systems is overloaded. It might take up to 24 hours. Nothing can really be done until pass that.

Looks to still be having an issue from what I can see. I’m making sure that our techs are aware of the issue and are looking into it.
I’ll try to pass along any updates I get. Please let me know if the boost completes for you and you are able to log into the character normally.

I am also having the same issue boosting my account Vrakthris Trying to boost a 120 Monk and it keeps reverting back to level 1.
I have been stuck in my Char boost for 24 hours now. Just see the processing window… nothing else… Raised a ticket got a generic response… still waiting.
already wait for 24 hour and no chance still stuck at processing window. cant use live chat too or phone call back. pls fixed need catch my raid lol
I used an character transfer realm…still waiting on it, i made the transaction at 2 p.m eastern time and we are 8:30 p.m and still on processing…its kinda suck when you pay for an service and cant even play because it wont allow you when your toon is on processing…please do something…
I paid for my boost from 110 to 120 on my death knight Deathfright and nothing is happening to it. Said processing then it goes away and its still at 110 and wont let me log on
