I can’t use your Character Boost to 120 due to me being from EU and playing on NA but then again i can use other services from the US shop.
Is there a way for me to boost an alt to 120 or not?
Could you be a little more specific Ret? What’s preventing you from using/purchasing the boost? Are you getting an error message?

I have the same issue so what comes up is that when we try to buy the boost it says our account is from a different region and we will be redirected to the US store witch is all good and fine for everything else but the boost can only be bought in game and not from blizzards site so in the end it can not be purchased.

It’s exactly how Zchill explained. Basically clicking on the service redirects to the US store but you can’t buy it from the store only in the in-game shop so in the end it can’t be purchased
It’s possible there might be some bugs in the system, I’ve seen posts over there from November stating the same and that they’re trying to work it out.
How far in-game are you going before trying to purchase the token?

I can answer this one Ret will probably be in the same boat on this. I’ve tried to buy the boost on fresh toons low level toons and mid ones in all different parts of the game. I sent a ticket to the guys in support they said there it would be fixed in this patch but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Its a shame that this issue is so slow to get resolved.
There is a known issue with the shop right now that is not allowing Boost purchases due to your region/country being different than your WOW account region. We know they were permitted in the past, but we don’t have an ETA for when that functionality may be returned to the in-game shop.
