Character Boost Consumed but character is level 1

Hello,

I recently used the level 70 character boost that I got with TWW purchase on a warrior named Glint on the Hyjal server. I clicked on the boost icon and it had me create the character, select their specialization and then select level. The character was created but is a level one character and the boost has been consumed and is no longer available on my character selection screen. I have tried closing out of everything blizzard, clearing wtf/interface files and logging into the character. However, the character is still level 1 aand it has been hours. Can I get some assistance?

If your trying to do a full UI reset u need to do

I did all of that.

I would try a Purchase Failure ticket and have a GM take a look.

As far as I can tell, Batch, your Character Boost should still be available.

It’s been several hours so I assume so, but have you tried completely restarting the client to see if the boost shows back up on the character selection screen?

If it has not, I would recommend reopening your ticket to let our staff know.

Yes, as I stated in the original post, I not only have restarted the client but did a full interface reset based on the advice of a bluepost replying to someone else who had this same issue.

Any updates?

If it hadnt worked they woudlve said so or opened a ticket that vrak suggested.

can you help me check if my boost is available? It’s under wow3. I get world within as a gift but I don’t see the boost after 30 hours already.

I tried but the response is not helpful at all…

And what was the response because the proper route is ticket the forums or vrak isnt a means to bypass the ticket system.

Basically they suggest me to login, logout, create a level 1 character and they are not working at all.

Have u tried reopening the ticket and saying i still have a problem and ur sure ur logging inot the right client retail or classic.

You already have your own topic, it’s better to stick to one than hijack another users. It just muddies the water and may confuse those trying to help you.

Responses aren’t immediate and you will have to wait in queue like everyone else. Did you use the Purchase Failure link or was your initial one done via another method?

You are looking for your boost on the proper license (wow 3) right?

They were able to use their post about 3 hours after they posted.

I can’t do anything more than the Support staff can, Pipibao, and usually considerably less than they can when it comes to direct assistance.

I’m not sure why you haven’t been able to see the boost, there isn’t really anything I can do to force it. Sorry. Let’s stick to a single thread. :slight_smile:
