Recently purchased a faction change bundle prior to the sale and opened a ticket to request a refund so that I could repurchase at the discounted rate. It was automatically approved, but the service reversion appears to be stuck as my character is blocked from logging in. I have already repurchased a bundle at the sale rate, but my character remains blocked by the “Processing…” message. I am assuming that there was in-game mail or auctions pending, which caused this to occur. Ticket US104506174 if any Blizzard representatives happen to be lurking the forums at this time. Thanks!
Looks like that ticket has a response, Sobura. Did that not fix you up?
Make sure you fully relog as well, both game and launcher. You may be running into update issues.
If this didn’t solve the issue, please do reopen that ticket.
