I paid for the 6 char transfer from my Oceanic account,as i’m moving from Aus to UK i wanted to move them across to my EU account.
Is this even possible ? as it wont let me choose the EU realm i want, only an Americas realm which i don’t use.
They are both my accounts before anyone asks.
Any input is welcome.
I have put in a ticket,but don’t know how long this will take.
You cant the regions are completly seperate and im 100% positive that its not something a GM can override.

No, it isn’t possible. NA and EU are completely and utterly separate, and character transfers between them are not something that is offered. Many people have asked for them over the years, but it’s just not possible with how things are set up for them being two entirely different regions.
If you want to play on the EU servers, you have to roll fresh characters. There is no way to move them.
If you recently made this purchase, I would absolutely try and get a refund for it, since it isn’t something you can use in the manner you had anticipated.

Sorry for the trouble Gavax. If you need those transfers tokens refunded because of this, please update your ticket. Otherwise, you can just keep the tokens on your account should you want to transfer characters to another realm in the future.
