You should allow people to change specs at the beginning of battlegrounds, like we used to. Since Blizz has a hard time balancing teams, allow people to do it for themselves.
Huh, I never encounter this problem lately. If my random team has one healer, so does the other side.
Although it would seem like a good idea, unfortunately a lot would abuse it to unbalance th game with healers, etc. if it was simply allowed.
I do figure that it could be integrated where it would be allowed to at least equalize the game with healer count, etc. (So if there’s 3 enemy healers and no friendly, the first 3 would be allowed to swap.)

That’s a good idea, allow teams to change-spec to balance it. All we need is balance. I know being the only healer is absolutely absurd, you just enter the BG with a target on your back.
Maybe make it so only dps can spec change to other dps specs? I don’t see any harm in that.
You can do that as far as I know.

You can already! I quest/farm has feral and switch to boomkin once in the bg 
You can change from tank to dps or vice versa, but you can’t change to or from healer, even if you’re in a low level bg where you have either no healers or all healers.
I understand not being able to change from healer but the other way around is bs.
I like my idea better. Only allow DPS specs in instanced PvP.
They need to do something, the match maker system has lost it’s mind.
2 days ago we had 2 healers on our side and the Horde had 11.
Yes, 11.
At that point it’s like why even bother leaving your base, you know how it’s going to end.
