Ok, so if I am exalted with Horde Zandalari Empire, if I switch to Alliance will I be exalted with Proudmoore?

Last thing… so if I have unlocked Zandalari, will it also auto unlock Kul Tiran (except the embassy quest of course)… or do I need to complete that questline? Wasn’t sure if all the questlines transfer also.
No, each Allied Race has its own requirements. If you’ve completed all the requirements (https://www.wowhead.com/kul-tiran-human-allied-race) then you should just need to do the quest that invites the Kul Tirans into the Alliance.
