I would not be shocked if they took away refunds too. I have a friend who forgot to unsub for six months.

And for those who say don’t forget to unsub, I have to say at that point why bother to sub at all? We know the more people cancel subs and ask for refunds, they will make it harder to get the money back. Or as i said they will remove refunds all together.

The best thing Bornakk or Kaivax can do for us at this point (IMO) is send this thread up the flag pole to the big wigs. This is not a consumer-friendly change.

Seriously, screw this dumb change. I had a six month recurring sub on my main acct, but used to buy game time for my EU acct in 30 day chunks (which I was thinking of reviving soon). Six month sub = cancelled. Wasn’t playing much anyway

Bornakk bud, you may want to show the higher ups the response from this. This change isn’t going over well, neither are the price hikes in Canada or Brazil. There are ALOT of angry people over this and it will end up hurting the game and profits overall.

They’re making it more inconvenient to buy game time so some portion of the players that do will subscribe instead and hopefully forget to cancel when it’s time to renew. Someone in the company told Bobby Kotick it would be a .001% profit gain and his eyeballs turned into $.$ again.
