Is there a way to change only the spoken/audio language? I want to set the audio in a different language from text but this option doesn’t seem to work unless I change both, audio and text, to the same language… Any solution?

Per a post in the bug report forum from last July it seems the behavior remains as you’ve described.
You’ll likely need to repost over there or add to one of the threads already existing for any hope of traction.

After looking it up, it does seem this has been known for a while but they never fixed it nor gave a statement about it which is why I wonder why the option even exists and the only known “solution” no longer works. A shame unfortunately.
It does seem to work when you set the audio to English but the text to a different language, but doesn’t work the other way around since it just reverts it to English/English.
The majority of the time fixes are only noted in whatever hotfix reports go out, very, very few merit statements or anything of the like. And just because it’s not referenced by a Blue, does not mean it’s being ignored. Bugs are usually triaged; ones that interfere with gameplay and are affecting large groups of folks often take precedence. Then there is also actually finding the problem and fixing it, without breaking something else in the process. Sometimes things are fixed quickly. Sometimes, a bug exists for years.
