Basically every single forum posting mechagnome is roleplaying.
Almost all of them are casuals.
And they all like playing gnomes.

I think some of the more recent topics in GD would beg to differ.
Is that a bad thing? I don’t think it is. I find it somewhat entertaining.

Imagine being so self conscious and lacking in imagination that you hark on players for playing a non-traditional race instead of an elf or a dwarf.
The best players I’ve met in this game have been Gnomes, while the worst are typically some variation of elf, orc, or human.

I think they just want to appear intelligent or something so they RP the mechagnomes.

To be honest it seems like majority of the people who post here are RPers. Speaking of RPers I really miss that snobby Belf RPer. He was probably my favorite out of them all. Wish I could remember his name.

Roleplaying is awesome and we have a lot of fun. This is an mmoRPG after all. Maybe you should try it sometime. You might like it.
Not sure where you’re getting this information from. But might I suggest being the change you want to see. If that’s truly the case why not become the only Elite Mechagnome raider in the world. Think of the achievement!!
