Slappy Hands is good, my DK is Blood/Unholy and I make good use of it. Have not really used Frostwyrm’s Fury… but it looks cool. But how does it FEEL to use?
Slappy hands is especially hilarious when someone in a raid or dungeon pulls mobs where they shouldn’t be!
I don’t think it can be done. 
when you say chain lightning I’m guessing you mean stormstrike
Rampage has bit more Visceralness in a one-buton press.
But Chain Lightning when spammed? Chef’s kiss.
I honestly just love my entire Fury rotation… jumping in, wildly swinging, big numbers.
And yes. Spam chain lightning, blessed procs… like Surgent above said, power, UNLIMITED POWER!

I always found BFA’s iteration of Glacial Spike to be the best.
Conjure up a massive hunk of ice, split it in two, and fling it at a couple of monsters. It would literally one-shot a lot of mobs up to +15s towards the end of BFA. Good stuff.
A close second for me would be bladestorm though. Bladestorm has always been a fun button to press.

Lightning spells are always satisfying to use, no matter the game.

It’s not the same. Chain Harvest is a better Chain Lightning/Chain heal baked in. With stuff like spreading riptide and flameshock to all the 5 targets it hits. Both heals/damage. Hitting up to 10 targets. Chain Harvest will be missed.
I know it’s not the same. I just mean it would be cool to at least keep the visual for those that want it going forwards.
I would trade primordial wave for chain harvest. Let us choose blizzard!
I have fun memories of just getting moments in cataclysm to spam the heck out of that with my shaman.

Those rare fights where you can spam Chain Lightning non-stop and it just starts jumping and duplicating like crazy.
Easily one of the most enjoyable things to see all those numbers popping up on enemies.
One of the few things that makes raid trash fun to fight.

That’s what I’m talking about. I used to be the kind of person who went AFK on trash, but for some reason in Cata I briefly swapped to my shammy for raiding and was resto/ele… I’d always spam Chain Lightning. It’s just so pleasing to use.
I am doing old raid farming for mounts and mogs and I’m on my shammy now, had one of those crazy big chains a few times and that’s why I made this thread. xD
