When the guy getting the bonus has the potential to make the company many times that, and the people being laid off actually save the company money, it’s not hard to understand.

Many of these arguments come from good intentions, but fail to recognize the myriad of factors that lead to a person’s value in the workforce.
I sacrificed most of my 20s and 30s to earn a decent living. I’m just now at a point in my life that I can say I’m comfortable. Yet, there’s a lot of people out there (many in this thread) that would love to take away what I worked for, because they feel it’s not fair.
They weren’t saying that when I was in debt, or working my way up. This, “Eat the Rich” mentality will lead us to the poor house much faster than anything else.

So basically it’s just what I said. Businesses doing their thing to make $, which your govt could step into a regulate, but they don’t.
Our government is regulated by your government to keep the status quo or better keep the cheap resources cheap. You guys don’t really want us independently thinking and in competition with you do you?. That would drive resource cost through the roof! Canada sits on some of the worlds largest oil and gas deposits and the US doesn’t have to deal with the environmental pressures if they can let Canada take the beating

Yep, very true…after I got out of the army I had to file Bankrutpcy lived in my car for little bit…
But know I make mid 6 figures…and employ 7 people…I already have to pay between state and federal 44% of my pay is gone…and they want more all that will do is either
A… cut my employees hours or lay them off.
B. Say f it and just scrap my business I have saved enough money where I won’t have to work again if I don’t want to…

Not being mean, just dishing it back. I did what i was ordered to do, and Iraq, with all of its faults atm, is still far better off with Saddam gone. I am PROUD of the fact i helped with that.
My life is a true living nightmare now because of the injuries, but i will never, ever turn my back on America, and be ashamed of my service!

And what exactly has this guy done since being hired? As far as I’ve seen, the company is still doing worse than ever. Cut his sign on in half and keep a few people actually doing their jobs employed.

Would you find it any less disgusting to find out someone only murdered 27 people, and not the 52 of which they were accused? Is it any less awful to hear someone only burned down seven hospitals, and the other three were copycats?
I don’t get why people jump to defend this obviously corrupt company. People are losing their jobs, while this guy continues to live carefree, making more money than his great grandchildren will need.

How about this? Hundreds get laid off, while a single person makes $15 million. Or the same amount of people get laid off while an individual makes $3.2 million as a bonus.

I think a lot of the issue is they are trying to make games to satisfy investors vs. the players . Pretty unhappy with our current expansion & what went on the whole Diablo debacle . I mean they rush out the expansion without much to do it feels like WOD mark 2 to me.
