I have been participating in the Twitch drop events, I’ve claimed the Feldrake mount, Cenarion Hatchling pet, and the Windsteed mount in my Twitch account. My Twitch and Battle.net accounts are linked and I haven’t changed my passwords.
I have both the mounts in game but the Cenarion Hatchling pet hasn’t shown up in my pet tab and when searched it still shows as grayed out. You have to claim the pet before you can even start progress towards the mount and I have the mount so I know I did everything correctly. It’s been over 24 hours since I claimed it so it should be showing in my account by now. I received the 2 mounts almost instantly.
Is anyone else having this issue?

I also never received the pet, got the mount without issue.

My husband received his pet no problem, I’m hoping mine will show up soon but I would like some way to be sure I receive it. Hope I didn’t watch a stream for 4 hours for nothing…
So, I didn’t receive my Feldrake or Dragon Kite pet for nearly 2 weeks after I claimed them, only recently they sent it. I started watching the Feldrakes drop streams from minute 0 at launch and claimed both drops at the same time and as soon as the 4 hours required for the Feldrake stream ended, while the servers were having mad issues due to the launch.
First they sent the Feldrake to me and many others that had claimed but had not received it.
My Dragon Kite didn’t show up when they sent me the Feldrake. I only received it when I claimed the Hatchling pet, then both the Hatchling and the Dragon Kite came instantly after I hit claim on the new hatchling drop.
The windsteed took me a few hours to receive after claiming.
It seems that Blizzard’s drops are quite buggy ever since they’ve implemented it.

Thank you… hopefully that’s all it is. I knew that the Feldrake and the Kite drops had issues, but I hadn’t heard of any for this pet yet.

Do you already have a Cenarion Hatchling pet? I also didn’t receive the pet after watching a guildie’s twitch stream for four hours the other night, but I checked my pet journal and I already own one. I also noticed that the hatchling is marked as unique in the pet journal (1/1 owned rather than 1/3 as with regular pets). If it’s unique, I don’t think you can have more than one, though I could be wrong.

at least you were able to claim the items… I cannot even claim the hatchling… it keeps failing… I was trying to get it on the eastern servers since I already have it on my western servers… oh well guess I’ll just pass on the mount for now and never do a drop again ;(
I also already have the Cenarion Hatchling. I’m curious if I still need to watch 8 hours of Twitch, or if I’ll earn the mount after four hours
I would assume you need to invest the eight hours.
Twitch wouldn’t have a way to check the status of each BNet to ensure the recipient doesn’t already own the reward from before. They’d only know if the person watched X hours. They’d let Blizzard work the rest out from there.

That was actually the first store pet I ever bought, so I was in the same boat. You do get stuck doing the full eight hours. The mount remains locked until the Hatchling can be claimed. I didn’t want to bork anything out, so I did claim the hatchling, then went on to the next four hour stretch.

Well, that’s dumb.
Not that it matters much; I’m AFKing a stream (with the tab muted) where the streamer is also AFK.
That’s how I rolled. I picked someone with low viewers and let it rip while I slept. It just kept cycling through folks when one stream ended and found another easily enough. Found another low-count stream to pop into for my Ichabod so my collecting tendencies have been satisfied until the next drop.

I got the pet but not the mount. Shows as complete and claimed on Twitch.

Same issue - I’ve received everything I claimed except the Cenarion Hatchling

i got the dragon kite and feldrake no problem, kite took a day to get tho. so far 3 days, no cenarion hatchling or windsteed… i did a drop for a card pack for HS, and got that instantly no problem.

No, I don’t already have the pet. It’s grayed out still.
I claim for both the Cenarion Hatchling Pet and the Windsteed Mount. I didn’t receive either of them. I have not changed my passwords and my Twitch and Battle.net are linked together.

Everything is linked properly and I’ve claimed both off twitch but have not received either since I claimed on Saturday
